Ebenezer Middle School
    School Uniform Policy

    From the Principal

This is a really busy time of year as we make final preparations for PASS.  It is important that parents continue to monitor their student’s progress and stay in touch with teachers.  Report cards will be issued on March 31st to students that do not owe any fees. We will hold our 3rd Quarter Awards Assembly on Tuesday, April 8th at 9:45 a.m.

PASS testing for Writing will be on March 18th and March19th. It is very important that your child be here for testing and be on time.  This is not a timed test so we do not know when students will be finished.  Students will not be dismissed from class during testing. If you would like to be a monitor for testing, please call Audrey Keys at 469-8571 ext. 3206.
Spring MAP testing will begin on March 26th.  Please review your student’s goals with him/her so that each student will be able to focus on doing their best. The goals are located at the back of their student agenda book.  We will use this data to see how well your child is expected to do on PASS testing.  We will celebrate with a variety of incentives for students who achieve one to all three goals.

Just a reminder, students that arrive at school after 8:20 a.m. need to be signed in at the attendance office by a parent or guardian. We have recently had a large number of students just being dropped off.
