Ebenezer Middle School is helping all students develop the world-class skills and life and career characteristics of the Profile of the Graduate by providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that encourages excellence in achievement. We offer a challenging, relevant, standards-driven curriculum that is guided by a highly effective faculty and staff. Our motto, “Learning to be Tomorrow’s Leaders,” promotes life skills that will benefit students throughout their lives.
As part of our One-To-Global initiative, all students are given the opportunity to use a Chromebook for the year, increasing the use of technology throughout the school and Personalized Digital Learning. We are able to offer STEM classes during the school day, and our students excel in the use of robotics and building items with the 3-D printer. We offer high school courses in Keyboarding, Algebra I, and English I, and we recently had a 100% passing rate on the Algebra I and English I End of Course Tests.
Our students further develop life and career characteristics by participating in clubs and sports. These activities are Future Business Leaders of America, National Junior Honor Society, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, and Track. We also have many Service Learning opportunities such as Shower Shaw with Cookies, March of Dimes, Coins for Change, Relay for Life, and cleaning up Ebenezer Road.
